Hello fellow engineers:
Is this the correct way to design the CIP piles supporting cantilevered retaining walls:
Provide a grade beam spanning between the piles, design the grade beam for the torsional moment incuced by the cantilevered retain wall, vertical load and shear. Apply the torsional moment at the top of the pile.
Your input will be greatly appreciated.
