$700? I use it only to get reactions, moments, shears, stresses, etc, and
then design the connections from there. I don't think you can beat it for
simplicity and quickness for modeling, and it integrates well with Excel. I
looked into RISA but if you only want an FEA frame program without a lot of
additional features, MF will work great!
