There are seismic examples in the FEMA 451.
Concrete masonry has the Tek Notes on the NCMA web site. They have some examples.
I don't do that much with wood.

Hello everyone,AISC has done a wonderful job with their CD of design examples that is issued with the 13th edition of the steel construction manual.
