Washington State - SEIII Exam

Does anybody know if it is mandatory on the Washington State SE-III Exam to answer BOTH building and bridge questions?  The state provided exam format is somewhat vague.  The NCEES SE-II exam allowed the examinee to choose their area of specialty.  Does Washington require you to work through both building and bridge questions?  If so, how critical is it to have the latest and greatest amendments of the WSDOT Bridge Design Manual?

 

Any input that does not constitute “collusion” according to the examiners would be greatly appreciated.
