I would think it’ll be difficult to find stuff “off-the-shelf” for custom work, especially heavy timber trusses… Ask the local steel fabricators…

I am looking for a supplier/fabricator of steel gusset plates/connectors for custom heavy timber trusses. I see that Simpson provides this service for custom cut 3ga steel up to 48”x48” max dimensions but I’m checking around to see what is available off the shelf.
