There are strength and stiffness values in the Wind and Seismic Standard on the AWC website:

I'm working on an existing building built in Orange County around 1920 (or so). I need to determine the strength and stiffness of the floor diaphragm.
I know that the four term APA equation probably doesn't apply, but if not that, then what should I use instead?
TIA,
T. William (Bill) Allen, S.E.
