I had an acquaintance who spent time in the big house who told me give any
construction Joe a pair of glasses and put him in a CMU cell and he'll be out

I've always wondered about duration factors for prison "live loads"
on reinforced CMU walls. Apparently it works out to two inmates with
primitive tools for about 3 weeks.
