Does anyone know if Retain-Pro or Enercalc increases the active earth pressure by 1.6 according to the ASCE 7-05 load combinations for strength design, (similar to 97 UBC)?
 
If not does anyone increase this value before you enter it into Retain-Pro or Enercalc?
