I've come across a job which has I joists on it which may be failing, but I'd like to know what I'm actually dealing with before I start crying wolf. Does anyone know if this stamp is from an I-joist mfr, and if so if it has any relevance in determining the joist grade. If I can get a mfr, I can go from there if necessary (the contractor is cheap beyond all reason, so it's safe to assume the weakest grade made in this case).
Here's the stamp - it's the only marking I could find, and I could only find it on one of the 20+ joists. A little bird told me that this GC may have used Boise Cascade, but I can't find a matching stamp reference on their site.
