A client has asked us to do a seismic evaluation of a building constructed around 1974 in Savannah Georgia.  I'd like to compare the seismic loads it would have been designed for in 1974 with the loads required by the 2006 IBC.  To that end, I have two questions. 

1. Does anyone know what edition of the Standard Building Code was in effect in Georgia in 1974?
2. Would anyone with a copy of said edition be willing to fax/email me the relevant sections on seismic loading?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
