RE: Expert Witness Course

I have not taken this course, but I can highly recommend Fred Schoenlaub.  He was formerly the lead attorney for Black & Veatch, is a former judge, and knows design and construction law inside and out.  I am considering attending. 
 
Note the irony of the location.  It is being held at the Hyatt Regency in Kansas City.  Flash back to 1981 and the collapse of the walkway.
