Following are two kinds of set up for UNISTRUT:
(1) http://www.unistrut.com/complementary/index.php
(2) http://www.unistrut.com/Browse/index_seismic.php?P=Anchor&C=S&N=7
#1 looks like a pure friction connection.
#2 has some room for debates.
What do you think?
The old "Seismic Bracing Guide" form UNISTRUT had the approval of
OHPOD on the bottom of the pages. In the new ones,
http://www.unistrut.com/Browse/index_seismic.php, Structural Engineer
and California OHPOD approval are no longer be found.
Did OHPOD remove their approval form these products?
