Re: Dubai Wind Speed requirements

The UFC is a good source for that info, though i haven't seen specific wind design info for Dubai.  Oman has wind speeds up to 120 MPH, but Suadi Arabia are around 85 MPH.  Seismic is somehwat high for Dubai.  http://www.wbdg.org/ccb/DOD/UFC/ufc_3_310_01.pdf
