Ironic. I have found that since Bentley acquired STAAD, their user support has improved markedly.
Of course, support before the acquisition was fairly close to zero, so maybe that's not a fair comparison.
FWIW, I have never worked in any office where Coade CAESAR was not used for pipe stress analysis, if that means anything.
