Use CutePDF (its free and doesn’t put adds or watermarks like pdfactory)
And if that still doesn’t work, you can use Snagit (a great program) to capture the print preview and send to PDF

Subject: RE: EXCEL PRINT TO PDF
Arun,
Adobe 5 , and Excel 2003 works fine. So does pdfactory pro.
There is a free version of pdfactory.
With Adobe: pdfwriter was better for some things than pdfdistiller, if the two options still available.
