Re: OT - Beer

The morning newspaper stated that 12 US micro-breweries were visiting Ontario to try to get the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) to list some of their products.  I hope to get a chance to try some of their products.  For what it is worth, the LCBO apparently is the largest single buyer of spirits in the world.

                While our limestone aggregate is fairly siliceous for a carbonate aggregate and our cement is fairly alkaline, we have not had problems, but have had them tested, which also indicated no reactivity. So ASR is not a simple issue. So with no experience, and I hope it remains that way, I agree that one should tread carefully.
