The obvious choice is the Asus Eee Pad Transformer. Do your online research. It has totally replaced my Dell laptop and it makes my wife's iPad2 look like a silly children's toy. With the excellent keyboard dock, battery life is well over 20 hours. And with the OTA today, it streams both Netflix and Amazon Blu-ray movies. Also, the built in office software is fully compatible with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Exchange.
Don't even think about anything else!
