The new issue of AEC Magazine packs an analysis of the BIM trends and problems by Martyn Day, Develop3D editor and overall nice guy from the CAD pundit community.
I am preparing a Russian translation of it to be discussed within the Russian-speaking CAD community.
I would be happy if anyone could comment from the structural POV, which usually painfully lacks the exposure it deserves on the CAD industry level.
Any recent experience, thoughts on BIM, possible DIY alternatives?
