Thanks. I don't have the AISI S100 standard, but know it does address screw connections. Would or has anyone used this standard to analyze screwed connection in rolled steel sections?

It seems like this could be justified. Pullout values seem to be addressed from what I can see in the 2010 Supplement 2 (freely available in pdf from AISI.) In any case, the MSC forum refers the reader to the IFI, which is interesting. I'll see what I can find from the safety of my computer.
