Wind loads for gables >45 degress

Does anyone have a reference for C&C loads for gable roofs with slopes
greater than 45 degrees? The last two weeks I've had two high-pitch
roofs (16:12 and 15:12) come into the office. On the 16:12, we were
looking at MWFRS, and took the roof as a wall (seemed conservative). On
the 15:12, I've got some existing conditions and wanted to sharpen the
pencil a bit...only to find that none of the gable charts go above 45
degrees.

So has anyone seen any GCp tables for, say, 45-60 degree roofs?
