        This is about par from my experience over the past several years.
 
        Presently, in Alberta, there is an extreme shortage of labor in all trades so the schedule is somewhat slower; but nobody waits seven days if they can help it.

I'm not sure what the Code requirements are but in this part of the country, they pour the footings one day, strip and form the walls the next day, and pour the walls on the day after. Most of the work I am involved in is light commercial (one and two story structures).
