RE: Fees

Doesn’t the City of Chicago have some established criteria for peer reviews that would help you to avoid being undercut, particularly if the other firm doesn’t have the proper background of experience?

Subject: Fees

We submitted a proposal to do a peer review for a project in Chicago.

Our fee was $3,500.00

The winning bidder?

$550.00

Peer reviews in Chicago take about four days just to complete all the paperwork.

*ouch*

Things are really tough out there.
