re: cantilever balcony

Harold, no offense to shoe salesman, but you'd be in a lab designing
shoes not selling them... Humility and the ability to listen to other
people's ideas and opinions are good traits in life, but as you put
it, it can literally be a lifesaving ability as a structural engineer.
Thanks for all of your quality advice over the years.
