RE: Maximum concrete cover

If the contractor pays for the extra concrete, you should have no issue. For compression and bending it will only help reduce the stresses (and hence cracks) and for direct tension, extra concrete around will also be helping in the long run.

I have some concrete piles that designed to be 50cm Diam , with a cage of 30 cm, that means 10cm cover.

The contractor wants to use the cages but to drill a 60 cm diam pile, is there any recommendations for maximum concrete cover?

I'm afraid about cracks.
